The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publication on the Site. Updates become effective upon publication or notification to Users. Users are advised to review the Terms regularly.
Access to the Services requires internet connectivity. Any connection fees are the sole responsibility of the User.
Registration for the Services is free of charge. Upon registration, the Company will provide a username and password. The password is personal, confidential, and non-transferable.
Users agree not to disclose their credentials and to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach at [email protected].
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
The Services may not be used by minors. False declarations regarding age may result in immediate suspension.
The Company processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws of England and Wales, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”), the Data Protection Act 2018, and other applicable data protection regulations.
Users acknowledge that personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of providing the Services.

The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.
5.1. Users agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable national and international laws.
Users agree not to upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, pornographic, racist, infringing intellectual property rights, containing malware, fraudulent streaming activity, or otherwise harmful (“Prohibited Content”).
5.2. Users shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Services or related software.
No license is granted except for the limited right to use the Services as expressly permitted herein.
The Company reserves the right to remove any content violating these Terms and to suspend access without prejudice to legal remedies.
6.1. Use of the Services is at the User’s own risk.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
6.2. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. However, the Company undertakes reasonable efforts to correct technical errors within seventy-two (72) hours where possible.
The Company does not guarantee commercial results from digital distribution.
The Company guarantees payment only for royalties actually received from digital platforms.
6.3. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or commercial damages arising from use of the Services.
6.4. The Company may terminate access to the Services at any time. Upon termination of the distribution agreement, access to the Services shall cease.
User data shall be deleted within thirty (30) days following termination unless retention is required under applicable law or regulatory obligations.
All text, graphics, sounds, technical elements, software, and structural components of the Site are the exclusive property of the Company.
Any reproduction or representation without written authorization constitutes infringement under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws of England and Wales.
All trademarks and logos displayed on the Site are registered or unregistered trademarks of Sonovy Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Users may upload Recordings and associated metadata for distribution to streaming and download platforms.
Users guarantee that they hold all necessary rights for distribution and indemnify the Company against third-party claims.
Users may embed exportable modules containing Recordings or Artist content on third-party websites.
No royalties are payable for listening via such Widgets.
The Site provides:
The Company updates data based on information received from partners and is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
The Company guarantees payment only of royalties actually received.
FanConnect is a CRM tool enabling Users to manage email databases and campaigns.
The Company complies with applicable UK data protection laws and ensures unsubscribe functionality in all emails.
Users must honor all unsubscribe requests.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved amicably. Failing amicable resolution, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England.
